RANDY BISHOP
PRESIDENT
Randy Bishop has been in the Data Center services industry for over 28 years. He began his career as a Data Center cleaning technician, working on regional jobs in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Randy quickly worked his way up through the ranks by excelling at sales and service and was soon working with major clients throughout the United States. In January of 2006, he started Critical Facilities Solutions, which became a well-known and respected industry provider.
Along the way, Randy has worked with customers in all 50 states and 3 Canadian Provinces. His in-depth knowledge of Data Centers and facility issues have made him a leader in the industry. He has been a featured speaker at multiple regional and national Data Center industry trade shows and events.

MATTHEW GLEASON
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Matthew Gleason’s career spans nearly 15 years and has ranged from small residential projects to large commercial projects and well over 5 million dollars. Matthew has multiple certifications, OSHA, Project Management, and Business Administration, but he also has hands on experience working on commercial and residential renovations. He has successfully run multi-million, multi-year projects with multiple crews expanding his knowledge and understanding as a professional in project management.
Matthew continually looks for ways to build his teams across the North American Region, increase profitably and efficiency and grow the business through services and products. His motto has always been, “There’s no project too big a unified team can’t accomplish.”

LINDA HOAK
CONTROLLER
Linda is a graduate of Augustana College with majors in Accounting and Business Administration to include a Computer Science Sequence (equivalent to a minor). She holds an active CPA License in Illinois along with inactive licenses in Colorado and North Carolina.

MIKE MEYER
MANAGING DIRECTOR, U.K.
Prior to 8 Solutions, Mike worked for design & build specialists On365 where he was involved in the design, build and fit-out of numerous Data Centers in the UK and Europe. Mike has spent his entire 23 year career working within the Data Center industry in both the provision of technical solutions and services and has years of hands on industry experience.
Prior to immigrating to the UK he owned a successful IT services, cabling and infrastructure business in South Africa.

GARY HALL
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR, U.K.
Gary Hall has spent his entire career working in the Data Centre cleaning and maintenance industry, first starting in 1997. Gary helped grow 8 Solutions Ltd and ensured the business could operationally deliver outstanding projects for private equity powerhouse Sovereign Capital, expanding delivery and presence in the UK and into Europe and the Middle East.
Gary has created/produced and delivered bespoke Data Centre training modules to ensure all technicians working in mission critical spaces are fully trained and prepared for delivering high standards of work and are fully trained in risk mitigation. Gary is a member of the DCA Technical Council and is chairman of one of the technical committees (anti contamination group) with responsibility for developing this. The DCA (Data Centre Alliance) is an association representing the interests of the data centre infrastructure sector. It is the only data centre industry body within the UK, and its main aim is driving awareness of the data centre industry to the business world.
