Randy Bishop | President,Critical Facilities Solutions, U.S.

Randy Bishop has been in the data center services industry for over 28 years. He began his career as a data center cleaning technician, working on regional jobs in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast.

Randy quickly worked his way up through the ranks by excelling at sales and service and was soon working with major clients throughout the United States. In January of 2006, he started Critical Facilities Solutions, which became a well-known and respected industry provider.

Along the way, Randy has worked with customers in all 50 states and 3 Canadian Provinces. His in-depth knowledge of data centers and facility issues have made him a leader in the industry. He has been a featured speaker at multiple regional and national data center industry trade shows and events.

 Mike Meyer

Mike Meyer | Managing Director, Critical Facilities Solutions, U.K.

Mike Meyer co-founded Critical Facilities Solutions (UK) and joined full time as Managing Director in July 2018. Mike was previously a Director at specialist DC services company 8 Solutions Ltd. and was instrumental in their acquisition by ABM UK. Mike helped grow 8 Solutions Ltd over a period of 8 years for private equity powerhouse Sovereign Capital, expanding delivery and presence in the UK and into Europe and the Middle East.  

Prior to 8 Solutions, Mike worked for design & build specialists On365 where he was involved in the design, build and fit-out of numerous data centres in the UK and Europe.  

Mike has spent his entire 23 year career working within the data centre industry in both the provision of technical solutions and services and has years of hands on industry experience. Prior to immigrating to the UK he owned a successful IT services, cabling and infrastructure business in South Africa.

 Matthew Gleason

Matthew Gleason

Matthew Gleason – Operations Manager, Critical Facilities Solutions, U.S.

Matthew Gleason’s career spans nearly 15 years and has ranged from small residential projects to large commercial projects and well over 5 million dollars. Matthew has multiple certifications, OSHA, Project Management, and Business Administration, but he also has hands on experience working on commercial and residential renovations. He has successfully run multi-million, multi-year projects with multiple crews expanding his knowledge and understanding as a professional in project management.

Matthew continually looks for ways to build his teams across the North American Region, increase profitably and efficiency and grow the business through services and products. His motto has always been, “There’s no project too big a unified team can’t accomplish.”

 Linda Hoak

Linda Hoak

Linda Hoak | Controller, Critical Facilities Solutions

Linda Hoak has been the Controller for Engineered Data Products Holdings LLC since November 2016.  She has over 25 years of financial management experience with small and mid-size organizations.  Her industry knowledge spans database storage solutions, electrical distribution, motor repair shops, solar product development, ambulatory surgical centers, non-profits, restaurant franchises, CPA firms, and government organizations.

Linda is a graduate of Augustana College with majors in Accounting and Business Administration to include a Computer Science Sequence (equivalent to a minor).  She holds an active CPA License in Illinois along with inactive licenses in Colorado and North Carolina.

 James Mongold

James Mongold

James Mongold | Corporate Marketing Manager, Critical Facilities Solutions

If you count the lines on his forehead, you can see that James has been working in marketing for about fifteen years. He’s done a little bit of everything in his time, though. He has served in the U.S. Navy, been a Department Head at a legal company, been an Executive Assistant, a Graphic Designer, an Audiological Assistant, an abstract painter, a cartoonist, a Writer for Musical Theatre, a Comedian, and a professional wrestler. All of that is true, except for that last part about being a professional wrestler. That’s a complete fabrication. At any rate, James has been with CFS since March of 2018.

In his spare time, James enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs in the great outdoors, writing about himself in 3rd person, and tormenting telemarketers.
